Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 apple
- 3 ladyfingers
Preparation
Pour the flour into a bowl, add the baking powder and mix, add the egg, oil, and a pinch of salt then mix well and if needed you can add a bit of milk.
Take the dough and roll it out on a floured surface to make a rectangle, peel the apple and cut it into pieces, place it on the rectangle.
Add the broken cookies and roll up the pastry, place the roll on the baking sheet, bake at 392°F for 20 minutes.
