Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- Half packet instant yeast for savory preparations
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 5 oz salami (salami, ham, mortadella)
- 3.5 oz provolone
- 2.8 oz ricotta
Preparation
Pour the eggs, water, and oil into a bowl and mix with a hand whisk or fork, add the ricotta and mix.
Add the flour with the yeast in 2-3 additions, mixing each time.
For the recipe, I used a mix of cured meats and cheeses, use your preferred ones, mix, and pour everything into an 8-inch mold.
Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes, check with a toothpick before removing from oven.
