Delicious rosemary taralli, ready in 10 minutes, perfect to enjoy with a nice glass of beer while sitting on the couch in front of the TV, one pulls the other, crunchy and delicious.

The rosemary taralli recipe is very simple, you prepare the dough by hand or with a food processor quickly with simple and good ingredients, a real delight, a very delicious idea.

Of course, if you don’t like rosemary, just remove it and replace with oregano, chili pepper, tomato sauce, olives, walnuts, whatever you prefer.

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsps water
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch instant yeast for savory preparations
  • 1 tsp rosemary

Preparation

For the recipe, I used fresh rosemary chopped by hand and a bit of oregano.

  • Pour the flour into a bowl, add the yeast, stir a little, then add the salt, oil, a bit more salt, and knead well.

  • The mixture is moist and sandy, add the chopped rosemary and a bit of oregano if you prefer, and the water a little at a time while kneading.

  • Continue kneading; the dough won’t be very smooth, which is normal especially if kneading by hand.

  • Divide it into 20-25 pieces, make small rolls and close them into rings, arrange the rings on the baking tray.

  • Bake in the preheated oven at 430°F for 15 minutes.
