The mascarpone cream is delicious, remains thick and tasty, perfect for filling, great with cookies or to enjoy by the spoonful if you want to add some coffee too.
The recipe for mascarpone cream is very simple, it is prepared in 10 minutes with or without eggs, it’s ideal for both summer and winter desserts and, of course, it can also be frozen or used for no-bake desserts.
The typical tiramisu cream is prepared with eggs but if you don’t prefer them you can always replace them with milk or whipped cream; if you want to avoid raw eggs you can proceed with pasteurization HERE, very simple and quick to do.
