Ingredients
- 10 1/2 oz potatoes
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 1/4 oz speck
- 2 1/2 oz smoked provola cheese
Preparation
Peel and cut the potatoes into pieces, then boil them and drain well.
Mash the potatoes with a potato masher and collect the puree in a bowl, add the egg and salt, and mix well.
Oil a 8-inch skillet and pour the potatoes, forming a sort of pizza, and cook for about ten minutes.
Top with speck and cheese, then continue cooking with the lid closed.
