  • Pour the flour into a bowl, add the salt, water, and mix quickly; you can use a mixer if you prefer.

  • Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/8-1/4 inch, oil a 9-inch pan and place the pizza.

  • Cook with a lid on, bubbles will appear, turn it over and cook the other side too.

  • Add the potatoes, ham, and provola, heat again with the lid closed.
