Ingredients
- 2 cups nectarines
- 0.65 cups whipping cream, 35% fat
- 5.3 oz mascarpone
- 1 tbsp condensed milk (or sugar)
- 2 dry cookies
- 2 tsp butter
Preparation
For the amount of butter to use, weigh the cookies, the butter should be half their weight.
Whip the cream, mascarpone, and condensed milk and set aside.
Chop the cookies with the butter and make a layer at the bottom of one or two small cups.
Add the cream, then cut the peaches into small pieces and make a layer of fruit, another of cream, and fruit.
