Braised Savoy cabbage with Delica pumpkin, a simple seasonal side dish. This is the cabbage season, so let’s use them and use them with pumpkin, maybe Delica. It’s actually my favorite because it remains dry and full-bodied. Impossible not to love it, the Delica pumpkin, in addition to being an early variety, is already available in stores in the summer, and it is very versatile in the kitchen. We could prepare an entire menu from starter to dessert with pumpkin, as it is also a mine of vitamins and not only. Together with Savoy cabbage, we create a simple and delicate side dish contrary to what one might think of cabbage.

Can I cook the Savoy cabbage with pumpkin in the oven?
Sure, although it can no longer be called braised Savoy cabbage and pumpkin, but baked, and it will certainly be equally good.
