In fact, the Quick Dessert Mini cream Chantilly was born out of a coincidence, like many desserts, a small leftover from a previous recipe and cream with a short expiration date to consume soon. So there are no raw eggs like in the original tiramisu, but the idea of coffee-soaked cookies as a base seems extraordinary. This dessert is quick, requires no baking, is simple, and contains only three ingredients, which together result in a delicious dessert! Ingredients
- 10.5 oz custard cream
- 1 cup cup fresh whipping cream
- 8 dry cookies
- 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 small glasses coffee

Preparation

Whip the fresh liquid cream in the stand mixer. Add the custard cream.
Soak the cookies in coffee, use them as a base for the mini Chantilly cream, cover with the cream.
Dust with sweetened cocoa powder.
Ready! Put them in the fridge immediately; they are delicious cold.
