- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup shredded coconut
- 2 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 egg
- 3 1/2 tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
Preparation
Pour the flour with the shredded coconut into a bowl, add the baking powder and mix.
