Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups cocoa cookies
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 1/2 lbs mascarpone
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 3/4 oz chocolate
- 2 tbsps Nutella®
- 1 1/3 tbsps milk
Preparation
Melt the chocolate with the milk in a double boiler and let it cool.
Put the cookies in a mixer and crush them, add the butter and mix again, then place them in a 8-inch mold lined with plastic wrap at least at the base.
Mix the mascarpone with the sugar, if you prefer, also add 1 cup of whipped cream, this way you’ll have a taller dessert.
Divide into two bowls, add chocolate to one and nutella to the other, mix well.
Pour the chocolate cream onto the cookie base then add the nutella one, put in the freezer for a couple of hours.
