Ingredients
- 14 oz cocoa cookies
- 5 tbsp butter
- 2 cups whipping cream, 35% fat
- 7 oz condensed milk
- 3.5 oz chocolate
- 3.5 tbsp milk
Preparation
Crush 150 g of cookies with the butter and place them in a 7-8 inch pan and compact well.
Whip the cream with the condensed milk and make a layer on the base then make a layer of whole cookies and arrange the cookies all around.
Fill with cream then with cookies until you finish the ingredients and put in the freezer.
Melt the chocolate with milk or cream in a bain-marie and let it cool.
Remove the cake from the freezer and cover with chocolate, then put back in the freezer for an hour.
