Even though the typical cremino cup is made with a white chocolate and a dark chocolate cream, I thought to make it with pistachio, a real treat that everyone enjoyed.

Ingredients
- 2.1 oz cocoa cookies
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup whipping cream, 35% fat
- 1.8 oz dark chocolate
- 0.9 oz pistachio cream
Preparation
Chop the cookies with the butter using a mixer and place them in one or two glass cups.
Melt the dark chocolate with 2 tbsp of cream, then remove the pan from the stove and add one or two more tablespoons of cream if needed, and mix.
Whip the cream with the pistachio cream using an electric whisk.
Make a pistachio layer on the cookies, then cover with the chocolate one, garnish with pistachio crumbs.
Pistachio topping and chocolate pieces in the center, refrigerate until ready to serve.
