Soft Peach Bundt Cake Easy and Quick

SOFT PEACH BUNDT CAKE easy and quick, breakfast or snack cake with fresh seasonal fruit, soft and delicious, ideal for the whole family.

The peach bundt cake is really delicious, a perfect breakfast cake also great for a snack, prepared in a short time with the addition of fresh fruit pieces.

Great for both adults and children, a perfect cake, without butter, with little oil, light and genuine, the peach bundt cake can also be dipped in milk, a real delight.

You can enrich the cake with shredded coconut or with pieces or drops of chocolate or other fruits such as apples, bananas, or strawberries.

For the recipe, I used nectarines, but classic yellow or white peaches are also great if you prefer, I adore nectarines.

but if you don’t like peaches, you can obviously remove them and leave the cake simple.

Soft Peach Bundt Cake Easy and Quick
  • Cuisine: Italian

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2.5 oz sugar
  • 1.25 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 packet baking powder
  • 1.5 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3.5 tbsp milk
  • 1 cup nectarines

Preparation

  • Beat the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt with an electric whisk until doubled in volume.

  • Add the sifted flour with the baking powder a little at a time while continuing to whisk.

  • Cut the peaches into pieces and add them to the batter, then mix well.

  • Butter and flour a 8-inch mold and pour in the batter, tap the mold a little on the table to remove air bubbles.

  • Bake in a 350°F preheated oven for 25 minutes.
