Christmas Tiramisu Log
Sometimes the craving for something sweet comes suddenly. Maybe you’re at home, with the Christmas lights on, tired after a full day, and you think: “A tiramisu would be just perfect right now”. That’s exactly when this Christmas Tiramisu Log was born, a mini and scenic recipe, perfect for two people and ready in just a few minutes.
It is the ideal dessert when you want something creamy but don’t have time to prepare a traditional tiramisu. And yes, it’s also the perfect solution to use up that leftover mascarpone cream…
Assuming there’s ever any leftover. At my place, it’s practically impossible, but you never know: if it happens, this recipe is your ally.
Or when you finally want to use that opened package of ladyfingers in the cupboard, which has been waiting for days to be used before becoming a dry and sad memory.
The log is made with few ingredients, rolls up in a flash and becomes an elegant, fresh, and irresistible dessert. The ladyfingers soften in the coffee, the cream remains soft, and the final decoration makes it instantly “wow”.
A smart dessert, easy and quick: ideal for a tasty break, a special after-dinner or when you want to impress with minimal effort and maximum result. Perfect also when unexpected guests arrive at Christmas or when you don’t feel like or have time to cook, but you still want to bring something irresistible to the table.
