Christmas Nutella Stars
Sometimes it takes very little to bring a delicious idea to the table that immediately smells like a holiday. Just a simple puff pastry roll and a tablespoon of Nutella: you can create these Christmas Stars, an easy, quick, and irresistible recipe.
They are perfect to prepare at the last minute, to bring to the home of friends and family as a sweet little treat made with love, or to serve as a snack for the little ones, who will immediately go crazy for them.
Crunchy, golden, and full of deliciousness, they are ideal even after coffee, when that craving for a small tempting bite arises. A simple little sweet, but capable of conquering everyone.

Ingredients
- 1 roll puff pastry (rectangular)
- 3 tablespoons Nutella®
- 1 egg yolk
- as needed glitter sugar (Christmas-themed)

Steps
Roll out the puff pastry on the work surface and spread an even layer of Nutella over the entire surface. Try to distribute it well to get a delicious filling,
Fold the filled pastry in half, pressing lightly with your hands to make the layers stick.
With a star cutter cut out our stars: smaller for a “cookie-like” effect, larger if we want them extra delicious.
Place the stars on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Brush the surface with the egg yolk slightly beaten and decorate with the Christmas-themed glitter sugar.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 15-20 minutes, until golden and slightly puffed.
Let cool for a few minutes and serve our Christmas Nutella Stars.
Storage and tips…
Keep covered by a cake dome.
Consume within 2 days.
If you don’t have puff pastry available, try with shortcrust pastry.
