Ingredients
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 7 tbsps butter
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tbsps Nutella®
- 2 tbsps pistachio cream
Preparation
Prepare the shortcrust pastry; pour the flour into a bowl or mixer, add the sugar, egg, and butter.
Knead well, then let the pastry rest in plastic wrap and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
After the time has passed, take the pastry and roll it out on a floured work surface to a thickness of about 1/8 inch.
Cut it with a glass or a 2-inch cutter, fill half of the discs with a teaspoon of Nutella and a teaspoon of pistachio cream.
Close with the other half of the discs and seal the edges by folding them underneath, add pistachio crumbs then place the shortbread on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a hot oven at 350°F and bake for 15 minutes.
