The recipe to prepare the puff pastry croissants with strawberries and custard is very simple, of course, you need to prepare the cream first and then prepare everything.
Unfortunately, it has been a while since I found puff pastry, I usually never run out, and since the classic one was not available at the supermarket, I took the only one I found, which is gluten-free.
Honestly, I don’t remember ever trying it, anyway, it’s good, a little different from the classic pastry but still good and great for celiacs.

Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry (for me, gluten-free)
- 4.4 oz custard
- 2.8 oz strawberries
Preparation
For the recipe, I used gluten-free pastry obviously traditional is fine.
Prepare the custard HERE and set aside.
Remove the pastry from the fridge at least 15 minutes before using it.
Score a cross if you want 4 large croissants as I did or mark the diagonals to obtain 8 triangles for 8 small croissants.
Fill with cream, chop the strawberries into small pieces, and add to the filling.
Roll the triangles from the base, curve the tips inward, and place the croissants on the paper-lined baking sheet.
Bake in a hot oven at 392°F for about 15 minutes.
