Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup apricot jam
Preparation
Pour the flour with the baking powder into a mixer, add the egg, sugar, and oil.
Mix quickly and well, if needed add a bit of milk or another egg, obviously you can knead by hand and without a mixer.
Take the dough and roll it out on a floured surface, fill with the jam, and roll up.
Place the roll in parchment paper and place on the baking sheet.
Bake in a hot oven at 392°F for about 20 minutes.
