ROMAGNA FRIED FLATBREAD, pizza or fried dough, tasty and delicious recipe, easy and quick to prepare, idea for dinner, great as an appetizer.
Simple and delicious Romagna fried flatbread, a tasty pizza enjoyed with cured meats and cheeses, despite the yeast, it only needs to rest for about twenty minutes and cooks quickly.
The recipe for Romagna fried flatbread is very simple, you prepare a quick dough, let it rest for 20 minutes, and cook the pizzas in a pan; they are very soft and also excellent as an appetizer.
They are really good and soft, somewhat similar to Neapolitan fried pizzas; the only difference is the oil in the dough and obviously the resting times, but in the end, the result is the same.
A typical Romagna appetizer that is really excellent but also suitable for a quick dinner; fried pizza is always a pleasure, in my opinion, filled with cured meats like prosciutto, salami, or speck, it’s a real treat.
