- 1 phyllo dough
- 2 eggs
- g smoked provola cheese
- 0.7 oz cooked ham

For the recipe, I used only 4 inches of phyllo dough, which is still 7 sheets, use 3 sheets for each basket.
Heat water in a small pan, break the eggs into the water and cook them for a few minutes, obviously, the egg should be cooked as you like, I left it soft and not hard.
Butter a muffin tin, place the phyllo dough sheets, add the cheese, and bake at 356°F for 3 minutes.
Remove from oven and fill with eggs, crumbled ham with your fingers, and sprinkle with parsley.
