Ingredients
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1.8 oz almonds
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 7 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
- 1/3 cup sugar
Preparation
P.S. fresh from the oven, if you add a small egg in the center, it will melt and be even more delicious.
Grind the almonds into flour and pour into a bowl, add the flour with the baking powder and a pinch of salt.
Add the oil, egg yolk, and egg with the sugar, knead everything well, if needed, add some more flour.
Divide the dough into 4 or 6 pieces, make rolls, fold them in half, twist them, and then close them into rings.
Sprinkle with granulated sugar and add sliced almonds, then bake in a preheated oven at 356°F with fan.
Bake for about 15-18 minutes, obviously, if they are smaller, they will take less time to cook.
Bon appétit
