Ingredients
- 1 sea bream
- 3 sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 carrot
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 0.35 oz salted capers
Preparation
Clean the sea bream by removing the innards, cut open the belly with scissors.
Remove the scales, wash it well then place it in a baking tray with parchment paper.
Add the sun-dried tomatoes cut in half, the capers, chopped carrot, and the oil, if you prefer, also a splash of white wine.
Wrap the parchment paper around the fish and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Obviously, the cooking time also depends on the size of the fish.
