NUTELLA HORSE SHOE COOKIES, great for breakfast or a snack, BUTTER SHORTBREAD DOUGH SWEETS TO PREPARE IN A SHORT TIME.
I love cookies, even more if they are easy to make; these horse shoe cookies are filled with Nutella and then paired, they are great for a snack with tea or to dip in milk.
They are a hit, they melt in your mouth, the crumbly shortbread of these horse shoe cookies is perfect. I made them double and then filled them, unlike the typical U-shaped cookies that are covered in chocolate at both ends.
They are delicious with Nutella but can also be filled with jam or classic pastry cream, chocolate or coffee.
They were very much liked, although my son preferred them with jam, so I’ll have to make them again soon.

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 5 tbsp butter
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup Nutella®
Preparation
Pour the flour into the food processor with the baking powder or onto the work surface and make a well in the center.
Add the sugar, egg, and butter in pieces and work everything together.
Take the dough, make a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
After the time has passed, take the dough and roll it out on a floured surface to a thickness of about 1/10 inch.
Cut it with a U-shaped cutter or make rolls to form U shapes.
Place the cookies on the baking sheet lined with paper and bake in the preheated ventilated oven at 350°F for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly, then fill half of the cookies with Nutella and pair them.
Bon appétit
