Ingredients

  • 1.32 lbs beef
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsps Parmigiano Reggiano DOP
  • to taste pepper
  • 1.41 oz sandwich bread
  • 5.29 oz cooked ham
  • 3.53 oz fiordilatte

Preparation

  • Place the meat in a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste, mix, add the egg and blend well.

  • Break the sandwich bread into pieces, add it to the meat along with the cheese, and blend again.

  • Create a rectangle on a sheet of parchment paper sprinkled with breadcrumbs and stuff with the ham and provola in pieces or slices.

  • Roll with the help of the paper, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and oil well.

  • Place the meatloaf in a baking dish or a loaf pan and bake in the preheated oven at 350°F
