Ingredients
- 17.6 oz orecchiette
- 7 oz mozzarella
- 5.3 oz cooked ham
- 2 cups béchamel sauce
- Grana cheese (grated)
- salt
Preparation of Baked Orecchiette in White Sauce
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted boiling water for a few minutes less than the cooking time indicated on the package.
Meanwhile, cut the mozzarella into pieces and chop the cooked ham.Drain the pasta, place it in a bowl and add some grated cheese, ham, mozzarella, and half of the béchamel sauce, then mix thoroughly.
Distribute everything in baking dishes, cover with the rest of the béchamel sauce and a sprinkle of grated Grana cheese and bake in a pre-heated static oven at 392°F for twenty to twenty-five minutes, switching to grill mode in the last few minutes of cooking.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve your baked orecchiette in white sauce.
