Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry
- 7 oz whipping cream, 35% fat
- 2.8 oz pistachio paste
Preparation
Remove the pastry from the fridge at least 15 minutes before using it, and preheat the oven to 392°F fan-assisted.
Whip the cream, I used sweetened cream, and place it in the freezer.
Cut the pastry with a heart-shaped cutter of 4 inches or as preferred, you will obtain 10 hearts.
Dust with granulated sugar and prick at least half of the hearts with a fork to prevent them from puffing up during baking.
Bake for about 10 minutes, they should turn golden.
Remove from the oven and let cool, then fill half with pistachio paste.
Place the cream in a pastry bag with a star nozzle and fill the pastries.
Close with the other halves, decorate with pistachio paste and pistachio topping.
Bon appétit
