Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 1/2 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp dry yeast
  • 3 oz canned tuna in oil
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • 3/4 oz arugula

Instructions

  • Pour the flour with the yeast into a bowl, add the water and knead well.

  • You can also use fresh yeast if you prefer.

  • Form a ball and let it rise covered in a bowl covered with plastic wrap for an hour.

  • Once risen, take the dough and roll it out on a floured surface forming a rectangle, and cut it into pieces 1/2 inch wide.

  • Fry the pizza pieces or bake them if you prefer.

  • Arrange them on a serving plate, then add the drained tuna and sliced tomatoes.

  • Add the arugula and season everything well with a drizzle of oil and salt.
