Ingredients
- 5 artichokes
- 1 puff pastry
- 7 oz mozzarella fiordilatte
- 2 slices speck
Preparation
Clean the artichokes, remove the outer leaves keeping only the heart.
Cook the artichokes in a pan with water and oil, if you prefer add a garlic clove.
Drain and cut the artichokes into wedges or slices, not too large.
Cut the puff pastry into two parts then close the short sides and twist them to form a candy.
Fill with a layer of artichoke slices, one of mozzarella fiordilatte, and speck pieces.
Bake in the hot oven at 392°F for about 15-20 minutes.
