Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1.75 oz walnuts
- 1 egg white
- 0.3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp orange zest
Preparation
Blend the walnuts in a mixer with the sugar.
Add the grated orange zest, flour, and egg white, mix everything with a spoon.
Divide the dough into 8 pieces, roll them in a plate where you have placed granulated sugar.
Then roll them in another plate where you have placed powdered sugar.
Form the pinch cookies by pinching the balls, then place them on a baking tray lined with paper.
