Preparation
Take the pastry out of the fridge 15 minutes before using it.
Roll out the puff pastry on the work surface and fill it with slices of speck and provola cut into slices.
Roll it up and place the roll on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, bake in a preheated oven at 392°F for 20 minutes.
