The recipe for egg white clouds with ham and zucchini is very simple, beat the egg whites and mix in the other ingredients, then place small mounds of the mixture on a baking tray.
You can obviously fill the clouds as you like, even just with Parmesan or just zucchini or other vegetables, perfect, low-calorie, rich in protein, low in fat.
You can make a savory pie by pouring the whole mixture into a cake pan and then slicing it, maybe adding other vegetables like pumpkin, broccoli, or peppers depending on the season.

Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 3/4 cups zucchini
- 1.5 oz cooked ham
Preparation
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form using electric beaters.
Grate the zucchini with a coarse grater and add them to the bowl of egg whites.
Add the chopped cooked ham and mix everything well.
Preheat the oven to 340°F, line the baking sheet with parchment paper, and place spoonfuls of the mixture onto it.
I made 8 clouds, but you can make more.
Bake for 7-8 minutes, remove from the paper and serve. They’re better hot.
