Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 1 egg
  • 0.4 cup sugar
  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 pinch vanillin
  • 0.7 oz pine nuts

Preparation

  • Slice an apple into 1/4-inch pieces, sprinkle granulated sugar at the bottom of a baking dish about 8 inches and arrange the apples.

  • Sprinkle them with 2 tablespoons of sugar, place the remaining 1/4 cup in a bowl and mix with the egg using an electric whisk.

  • Add the flour with the vanillin, the pine nuts and mix well then pour everything over the apples.

  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20 minutes
