Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 4 1/4 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup custard
Preparation
Prepare the custard HERE, cover it with cling film and set aside.
Prepare the shortcrust pastry, pour the flour with the sugar into the food processor and a pinch of salt.
Add the egg and butter, then knead everything well.
Roll out the dough and cut it into 8 rectangles, fill half of the rectangle with the cream, then close and seal the edges well.
Heat the oil and fry, turning them over, then drain on kitchen paper or bake in the oven at 350°F for 20 minutes.
