Ingredients

  • 1.6 cups all-purpose flour
  • 7 oz potatoes
  • 1 egg
  • 0.35 oz dry yeast
  • 2 tbsps sugar

Preparation

  • Peel and cut the potatoes into pieces and boil them.

  • Drain well and put them in a mixer, add the flour, a pinch of salt, sugar, and the egg.

  • Mix everything, adding more flour if needed, the dough should be firm or at least not sticky.

  • Let it rest for 30 minutes.

  • After the time has passed, divide it into 7-8 pieces or 10, as you prefer.

  • Form rolls and twist them on themselves and heat the oil.

  • Immerse and fry them, turning them around, drain them on kitchen paper and cover with granulated sugar.
