Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 3/4 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp butter

Preparation

  • Pour the flour into the food processor, add a pinch of salt and the egg, mix well, you can also do it by hand.

  • Add the butter in pieces and the orange juice, then finish mixing.

  • Take the dough and roll it out on a floured surface and cut it into strips of about 3/8 inch.

  • Arrange the tagliatelle in groups of 4, heat the oil, I used a fryer, and cook the tagliatelle by submerging them in small groups.

  • Drain on absorbent paper then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
