Ingredients
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp instant yeast for savory preparations
- 3 1/2 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 5 slices speck
- 1.8 oz mozzarella
Preparation
Pour the flour into a bowl with the yeast, add the salt, water, and knead well.
Take the dough, divide it into 5 pieces, roll them out, and cook in a pan with oil and a closed lid for about 7 minutes, turning them.
Then fill with pieces of cheese and speck and put back in the pan with the lid for a few minutes.
You can bake at 350°F for 15 minutes, but oil them before baking.
