Ingredients

  • 1.76 oz walnuts
  • 0.88 oz all-purpose flour
  • 2.47 oz sugar
  • 1 egg white

Preparation

  • Grind the walnuts in a food processor with the sugar.

  • Add the flour, blend again then add the egg white and blend again, you can add grated lemon or orange zest.
