Ingredients

  • 1 puff pastry
  • 2.82 oz speck
  • 2.12 oz smoked provola (or scamorza)
  • 0.35 oz sesame seeds
  • Half egg yolk

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 392°F, place the puff pastry on the work surface.

  • Cut 8 triangles, if using round puff pastry, draw a cross then trace the diagonals to get triangles.

  • Fill with a piece of cheese and speck, then roll starting from the base and then roll the tips inward.

  • Place them on the baking sheet, brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  • Bake for 10-15 minutes.
