Ingredients
- 7 oz potatoes
- 1.5 oz lentils
- 0.7 oz prosciutto
- 1 canned cherry tomato
- 1 1/2 clove garlic
Preparation
Cook the lentils with a drizzle of oil, cherry tomatoes, and garlic.
Peel and boil the potatoes, then remove the skin and mash them with a potato masher.
Collect the puree in a bowl, add the egg yolk and salt to taste, mix well.
