Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 5 tbsp butter
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 oz 50% dark chocolate
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1 1/2 tbsp Nutella®
Preparation
Pour the flour into a mixer, then add the butter, egg, and sugar and mix everything, you can obviously prepare it by hand as well.
Take the shortcrust pastry, divide it into two parts, then roll them out on a floured surface and cut them with a 8-inch mold.
Cut the chocolate with a knife and fill one pastry disc, also chop the walnuts and add them to the chocolate.
Add Nutella in spoonfuls and close with the other pastry disc, then seal everything by folding the edges underneath and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake and cook in a preheated oven at 350°F (fan-assisted) and cook for 20 minutes.
