Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 5 tbsp butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 1/2 oz 50% dark chocolate
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Nutella®

Preparation

  • Pour the flour into a mixer, then add the butter, egg, and sugar and mix everything, you can obviously prepare it by hand as well.

  • Take the shortcrust pastry, divide it into two parts, then roll them out on a floured surface and cut them with a 8-inch mold.

  • Cut the chocolate with a knife and fill one pastry disc, also chop the walnuts and add them to the chocolate.

  • Add Nutella in spoonfuls and close with the other pastry disc, then seal everything by folding the edges underneath and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • Bake and cook in a preheated oven at 350°F (fan-assisted) and cook for 20 minutes.
