Ingredients

  • 1.1 lbs red potatoes
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano

Preparation

For the recipe, I used red potatoes, but new potatoes are perfect as well.

  • Wash the potatoes well and boil them in lightly salted water for about 15 minutes, prick them with a fork, and if they are cooked, it will sink in.

  • Drain them, then cut them in half without removing the peel, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then lightly smash them with a fork.

  • Drizzle with a bit of oil, oregano, and breadcrumbs, then bake in a preheated fan oven at 356°F for 15 minutes.

    Bon appétit
