Ingredients
- 2.5 oz 50% dark chocolate
- 1 oz white chocolate
- 1 tbsp Nutella®
- 0.35 oz hazelnut crumbs
Preparation
Melt the dark chocolate and milk chocolate in a bain-marie.
Add Nutella to the white chocolate, and if needed, add a little milk and mix well.
Spread the chocolate in molds; you should make 5-6 of approximately 2 inches each.
Put in the freezer for about ten minutes and repeat with dark chocolate and put back in the freezer, repeat one more time.
Add the hazelnut crumbs to the white chocolate with Nutella and fill the torroncini, then make another layer of chocolate and put it in the freezer for 10 minutes.
