Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsps unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 5 tbsps butter
  • 1 tbsp 50% dark chocolate

Preparation

  • Pour the flour into a food processor, add the cocoa, sugar, butter, and egg.

  • Process the ingredients, take the mixture and roll it out on a floured surface, then cut it with a glass to get 6-8 circles.

  • Fill one half of the circles with pieces of chocolate and cover with the other half, seal the edges with a fork.

  • Sprinkle with sugar, then place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, bake in a preheated oven at 356°F and cook for 15 minutes.
