Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsps unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 5 tbsps butter
- 1 tbsp 50% dark chocolate
Preparation
Pour the flour into a food processor, add the cocoa, sugar, butter, and egg.
Process the ingredients, take the mixture and roll it out on a floured surface, then cut it with a glass to get 6-8 circles.
Fill one half of the circles with pieces of chocolate and cover with the other half, seal the edges with a fork.
Sprinkle with sugar, then place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, bake in a preheated oven at 356°F and cook for 15 minutes.
