SICILIAN BAKED ORANGE CHICKEN, easy and quick main course, simple and light typical dish baked or cooked in a pan.

Simple and tasty baked orange chicken, a typical Sicilian recipe that’s finger-licking good. If you like chicken, try it because it’s very good and prepares in a few minutes.

The recipe for Sicilian orange chicken is perfect for both lunch and dinner. I prepared it for dinner, and it was very much enjoyed even by the little one at home. Of course, with a nice side of potatoes, it’s the best.

If you don’t like oranges, you can use lemon and enrich it with other ingredients, for example, sliced onion or a tablespoon of flour to create a nice sauce to moisten the meat.
