LIGHT AND SOFT MILK BISCUITS for dipping with orange juice, great for breakfast or snack time for both adults and kids.
Simple and delicious light milk biscuits, without butter, ideal for breakfast or snack for the whole family, they are perfect for dipping in milk but also good with tea.
The recipe for preparing the light milk biscuits is very simple, they can be made with a mixer or by hand, the dough is very simple, I used extra virgin olive oil but seed oil is also fine.
Usually, I prefer extra virgin olive oil for desserts, maybe a bit heavy for some, but I find it perfect, also in these biscuits, if you prefer, you can add the grated zest of the orange, not just the juice.
These cookies are delicious, soft, and butter-free, easy and tasty.
