Ingredients
- 3.5 oz paccheri
- 0.7 oz porcini mushrooms
- 1.75 oz speck
- 1 clove garlic
- 0.42 cup fresh cream
Preparation
I used dried mushrooms, so I soaked them for a while until they softened.
Rinse them well to remove any soil residues.
Brown the garlic, then remove it and add the mushrooms, cook for a bit and add the speck cut into pieces.
Add a little cream and mix well for a few minutes.
Boil water for the pasta, add the pasta, and cook it, then drain it al dente.
Mix it with the sauce, add a sprinkle of parsley and more cream, mix well and serve.
Bon appétit
