Of course, if you don’t prefer orange, you can remove it or replace it with lemon, if you want them even softer, just add a little yeast or baking ammonia.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 2.8 oz butter
- 1.35 tbsp milk
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp orange zest
Preparation
Put the sugar and orange zest in a blender and blend.
Add the flour, chopped butter, and egg, blend everything, you will get a crumbly mixture, add the milk, and blend.
If the dough is too stiff, add a bit of milk, if too soft, add a bit of flour.
Pour the dough onto the work surface, work it a little with your hands then divide it into 10 pieces, form sticks, fold them in half, and twist them, then place them on the baking sheet lined with paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F (fan) for about 15 minutes.
