Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 3 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 5 oz Nutella®

Preparation

  • Place the almonds and sugar in a mixer and blend everything.

  • Add the flour, butter, milk, and egg, blend again.

  • You will get a crumbly mixture; pour it on the work surface and knead with your hands to make the mixture smoother.

  • Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut it with a glass, you will get about 18 discs.

  • Fill half with a teaspoon of nutella, fold in half, then seal the edges with a fork and place the cookies on the baking sheet.

  • Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for about 15 minutes.
