Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry (rectangular)
- 5.3 oz cooked ham
- 7.1 oz smoked provola cheese
Preparation
Take the puff pastry out of the fridge 15 minutes before using it.
Cut it out with a glass or a larger round shape, as you prefer.
Cut the ham into pieces and the provola into slices.
Pierce the pastry and fill half with the ham and cheese then close it.
Seal the edges well with a fork, place the panzerotti on the oven tray lined with paper.
Bake in the hot oven at 400°F for 15 minutes.
